Issue Type: Bug Bug
Affects Versions: 2.4.1
Assignee: Andrea Aime
Attachments: cropped.pdf, not-cropped.png
Components: WMS
Created: 15/Nov/13 9:07 AM
Description:

Raster layers (coverage stores) are sometimes rendered incorrectly in PDF output.
They appear as "cropped" (some parts are missing) or are even completely invisible in the PDF.
As far as I could see, the behavior seems to depend on the extent (BBOX) that is rendered.

Here's the WMS request used to build the PDF that I've attached:

http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wms?service=WMS&version=1.1.0&request=GetMap&layers=depth&styles=&bbox=-15,45,0,60&width=512&height=512&srs=EPSG:4326&format=application/pdf

You can see that the PNG file, produced by the same request except for "format=image/png", is NOT cropped.
