Hi all,
As was discussed on the list a few months back Boundless would like to
contribute a clustering module (similar in nature to the recent jms-cluster
from GeoSolutions) based on the Hazelcast library. For now the two modules
are distinct and don't share any code, it remains to be seen how the two
might evolve together. It is worth noting that this module works best when
using it in conjunction with jdbcconfig.

Of note is that I have maintained the history of the module as I believe
there is some pretty important stuff in there that may prove good for
context while making changes in the future. However if folks prefer I can
collapse it down to a single commit.
