Testing windows service install - does not start.
(!) Error Service Control Manager "The GeoServer 2.9-beta2 service
terminated with service-specific error Incorrect function.."
Could not find logs, taking a wild guess and changing permissions on the
data directory did not fix anything.
Found the wrapper logs:
