Hi,
just a quick follow up, if I try to install QGis 2.16.3 instead I get a
yellow window
asking me if I want to install a program from an unknown author,
there is an option to continue there, and the installation runs
successfully.
I report it because Jody was some time ago thanking OSGeo for getting a key
to sign applications, and I assume QGIS might be using the same.
