The smart screen thing you are seeing is a security check to mark unusual
apps, apparently the easy way to overcome it is to have more people
download and run the app ( and not complain about it ).
Larry is going to try and tell Microsoft about geoserver-2.10.0.exe with
Windows App Certification Kit (WACK).
