Hi Jody,
the windows installation I have is really quite close to vanilla, I use it
maybe 4 hours a month and I did not
care about customizing it beyond adding a Linux like command line (clink,
recommended) and enabling
the MS antivirus (not sure if that's on by default, could be, don't
remember).
Translation of the message: "Windows protected the PC", "Windows
SmartScreen did not allow running an
unrecognized app. Execution of such app may post a risk to the PC".
Mind, I have downloaded the installer via Chrome, the message comes from
the OS, not from IE.
