Win exe seems to be good by a quick test with the manual start alternative.

Both have built, I have manually uploaded the artifacts to sourceforge (if
someone can test the win exe, that would be appreciated).
I'll see if I can fix the build script so that the windows build gets triggered
automatically in the future.

the Windows installer manually; it is currently building.
We still don't have a good solution for the Mac build. However, the desktop-ci
box we were using hasn't been turned off yet, so I've manually triggered a new
build there. Unfortunately, it is unable to push to the new build box, and the
new build box is unable to pull from it, so getting the artifacts moved around
is a bit of a pain.
