Me, Andrea and Daniele,
discussed this before this email, hence there is no much feedback we can
give.
If nobody object I guess will move forward with this; there is more work
down the line to do on GeoServer/GeoTools and JAI-Ext to have full nodata
applied everywhere with good performance.
This is just the starting point.
