Welcome Paul,
Its always nice to hear from new GeoServer developers.
After you've managed to get the build working and such, a pull request
adding a section or notes about how to get GeoServer building on Windows
would be quite helpful. I'm sure whatever instructions we currently have
for Windows Developers (if any) are quite out-of-date.
