Hi all, It turns out that it is possible to create a layer group with the same name of an existing layer, even if both the layer group and layer belong to the same workspace, which looks like a bug to me.
So we may have two situations: 1. a global layer group with the same name of an existing layer 2. a layer group and layer in the same workspace with the same name For both situations GeoServer is always returning the layer. In my point of view none of this situation should be valid, no layer groups and layers with the same name should be allowed. Thoughts on this ?
