The GeoServer 2.14.0 (And GeoWebCache 1.14.0 and GeoTools 20.0) release is scheduled <https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/wiki/Release-Schedule>for Tuesday of next week, and we currently don't have a release volunteer. Any takers? I do have some availability to do the release, but a second pair of hands is always appreciated.
Also note: there are currently a couple of blockers for the release stemming from the JTS upgrade.
