Hi, it seems that the latest deploy of teamengine on the CITE web site added the ability to run test suites via REST calls (you'll have to scroll down a bit): https://opengeospatial.github.io/teamengine/users.html
Could be interesting for a future CITE compliance effort, we just stand up the GeoServer for a given test on a network accessible port and then execute the test from remote, no need to maintain our own machinery... of course, downside, we'd be at the mercy of the test changing over time...
