If the test changes, who's gonna take the time to check what happened, and either fix the issue in GeoServer, or report a regression to OGC (happens often enough) and discuss with them until it gets fixed? Also, if the fix needs to be done on the CITE test side, who's gonna pay attention to eventual further failures that might accumulate in the meantime?
