Hi Jody, our guides are a bit inconsistent. The GeoTools dev guide does not describe the eclipse:eclipse approach anymore, says: "In previous years we used the command line (gasp!) when working with maven. This year we are going to be using the M2E plugin from Sonyatype." See: http://docs.geotools.org/latest/userguide/tutorial/quickstart/eclipse.html
