However, the usage of the Windows Installer is more than expected and therefore it's better to mention the Windows Installer in the user manual (without the usage instruction) and refer to the fact it can be created by the user. Second: the 'usage' help for the Windows Installer could then be added to the instruction for creating it - therefore it's no longer prominently visible.
