While checking the correct merge of GEOS-9384, I noticed the help on the Windows Installer was completely removed from the user documentation by Ian Turton along with the help regarding the OSX installer.
I think removing the OSX installer is not a big issue (I can't believe there are people using OSX at all these days...). But why was the help on the Windows Installer removed? There are plenty of users using it (event though they have to create the installer manually)...
