I appreciate the details (and am very much a fan of GeoStyler and SHOGun),
you can see some more discussion in the meeting notes.

I am +1 based on the community module (would loved to see if it is active),
 docker participation, and community outreach activities.

In general I look towards a contribution to GeoServer sustainability, but
really would like to see experienced providers be comfortable PRs and our
proposal process (so they can demonstrate the capacity to do new
development work on behalf of their customers.)

I understand that our current breakdown of service providers is not as
clear as it could be.
