Open to try this out, as others have already voiced, the user list is already getting several unanswered posts, making it easier to post is likely going to make that worse... unless some people that "drive by" start answering while they browse? My experience tells me no, I don't believe it happened with Nabble, but who knows.
It seems one can add some description below the title, we should place there the usual links we have at the bottom of mails sent to the list, along with a clear warning that the forum is powered by volunteers and one cannot expect to get an answer within a given deadline, or an answer at all.
