Does not have a mention of a java version, don't think it needs one. The

I would make the Java 17 line look like:

"Java 17 - GeoServer 2.25.4 and above (OpenJDK tested), but also 2.22.x and
above in an experimental way (the windows installer and bin packages need
tweaks)"

or just simplify the message and say:

"Java 17 - GeoServer 2.25.4 and above, (OpenJDK tested)

I would also add a new line:

"Java 21 - GeoServer 25.x and above (OpenJDK tested, experimental only)"

since we have the builds, but not a widespread usage.
