Hey Ben

An update on this one; the schema ended up being GML2 based (and thus 
conflicting with the WFS 1.1/GML3 examples Linden found).
For now we are reverting to GeoServer 1.3. Do you have any GML2 based tests for 
app-schema? Or is that outside of your testing.
