No effect on the license, AFAIK.

The only gotcha is that when talking about the use of OpenCL technology, you
would (legally) have to refer to it as OpenCL(tm). Also, use of the OpenCL
logo is constrained by Apple's OpenCL Logo

OpenCL is open and royalty-free, just like OpenGL. In fact, they are both
maintained by the same consortium: http://www.khronos.org/
