Hi, this is also an important question for me! Because of the INSPIRE regulations our people plan to build up a system with 10 instances of tomcat with each up to 20 instances of geoserver - so there could be 200 geoserver instances at the end!! Because of this post I am a little bit anxious now, if this is a good plan... by the way we would like to use GeoServer 2.1.x...
Who has experience with systems of so many geoserver instances? Is it possible or should we change our plannings?
