Could you please share with me the coverage.xml file once you have
configured the coverage?

GEOSERVER_DATA_DIR/workspaces/THE_WORKSPACE/THE_COVERAGESTORE/THE_COVERAGE/coverage.xml
(All uppercase names should be replaced by your real settings)
