WMS cascading is pretty new, it has been tested with GeoServer and MapServer
instances so far.
Judging by the stack trace it seems GeoServer has troubles parsing the
capabilities document of that cascaded
WMS.
Is the server available to the public? To see what's going on we need to
debug GS as it tries to cascade that server
