That worked thanks!  I did need to get rid of several more files before 
it worked no problem not files I used anyway...

But FYI

No didn't do anything all that happened is the system was shut down (all 
programs where working fine at that time) and everything restarted.  The 
only issue I had was with the Geoserver.
