Hello All,
I have set up a WMS Connection store on Geoserver to GeoBC's WMS URL:
http://openmaps.gov.bc.ca/imagex/ecw_wms.dll?service=wms&version=1.1.1&request=getcapabilities
>From the xml, I can see that these raster's are available in multiple
projections. The projection I am interested in is EPSG:3005 (BC Albers)
which looks like it is available.
But when I try to publish a layer, I cannot modify the Native SRS, it will
not alter from EPSG:32611. I have tried setting the Declared SRS to
EPSG:3005 & then selecting "Force Declared' or "Reproject native to
declared" (tried them both but kinda expect them to fail as it shouldn't be
able to reproject a raster... I think) but after I choose either of those
option, when I view a Layer Preview with these settings, the map element
comes up blank (I can still see the bounding box, navigation tools &
scale..etc) just no data.
I should say that when I use the option "Keep Declared", I can see the map
data fine in the EPSG:32611 projection just fine.
How can I alter what I want the native projection to be from a WMS URL?
This is my GeoServer build information:
- Version2.1-RC5
- Subversion Revision-1
- Build Date20-apr-2011 10:12
- GeoTools Version2.7.0.2 (rev -1)
-
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Hailey
