Hello everyone! I think I found a bug while working with Geoserver 2.1.0. It can be reproduced easily with the demo data. When I create a new workspace (making sure of saving it just once), with for example a shapefile datastore: data_dir/data/nyc/poi.shp, and then I try to preview the layer, it doesn't work with WFS/GML. If I save the workspace (without changing anythinq) a second time, then all the previews work.
Has this issue already been posted? even corrected in a later version? I need to be able to create workspaces saving them just once, through cURL mostly. Or can I update a namespace with cURL? Would it solve the issue the same way saving in the web administration interface does?
