What I have in mind is the type of data that should look like when we click on the OpenLayers preview map and retrieve a table of data below similar to the database table.

I guess I might have to parse the XML response, extract the data and generate the pdf myself then.

Any tip about how to do this more efficiently is much appreciated!

Nope, it's not possible.
Wondering, what kind of output would that be? WFS is meant to retun vector
data, unstyled, in its raw form, geometry and attributes.

If you want a PDF WMS can render it using the SLD style sheet though
