Did you check this is actually causing trouble?
Do you get performance degradation, impossibility to connect to the db, or
anything similar?

Afaik there is some code that forgets to close a feature reader, or
something similar, which
happens during data configuration, yet this is a one time operation and
should not cause long
term issues.
The very code that logs that message also takes care of closing the
connections, it just
happens to run when the object is garbage collected, which is unpredictable
(it happens
when the VM finds its time to clean up the heap)
