Hello Andrea, We can make a connection with SQLPLUS. We have installed a clean geoserver 2.1.2 with the Oracle plugin and the same error occurs.

Did you check this is actually causing trouble? Do you get performance degradation, impossibility to connect to the db, or anything similar? Afaik there is some code that forgets to close a feature reader, or something similar, which happens during data configuration, yet this is a one time operation and should not cause long term issues.
