Hi all 

I migrated from version 2.1.0 to 2.1.3 by reusing the same data directory.
I use the geoserver web app on Redhat EL 5 in Tomcat 6. When enabling
geowebcaching 
by reading a chached layer from the geowebchache.xml file I obtain the
following exception:

There appears the following problem when I try to create the geowebcaching
example specified in the attached xml document. Consequentially the webapp
of geoserver is not started.
The first stack trace message is:


Others posts say that this is a problem related to an existing (older)
installation of geoserver. I tried to remove everything from the catalina
working dir, but without success. 

Any suggestions or is it a bug?
