I run tried to run two geoserver web apps, but this causes a couple of problems.
Anyway, as mentioned before, I got that message when reloading the geoserver
web app.
Additionally I deployed another web application (degree 3.0) that uses a newer
version of
imageio-ext-utilities-1.1.X and imageio-ext-tiff-1.1.x
can this cause errors

OK. I guess this is important for the documentation of geoserver 2.1.3 to
mention:
- navigate on ImageIO to the latest 1.0.x release
- download native driver of ImageIO native drivers of version GDAL 1.4.5
