yes,now it is working fine if i set propertyNames:["sales"] in my protocal.
wfsProtocol = new OpenLayers.Protocol.WFS({
url: "http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wfs";,
featureType:intersectLayerName,
propertyNames:["sales"],
featureNS:"http://kcubeconsulting.com/panama";,
srsName: "EPSG:4326",
version: "1.0.0"
});
