Hi,

This is from 2.1.2 but perhaps 2.1.3 is similar and the standard Jetty
installation is launched with C:\Program Files\GeoServer 2.1.2\bin\startup.bat
which look like this:

call "C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -DGEOSERVER_DATA_DIR="C:\Program
Files\GeoServer 2.1.2\data_dir" -Xmx512m -DSTOP.PORT=8079 -DSTOP.KEY=geoserver
-Djetty.port=8080 -Djetty.logs="C:\Program Files\GeoServer 2.1.2\logs" -jar
"C:\Program Files\GeoServer 2.1.2\start.jar"
