I believe it should be a wrapper.conf file, and I guess that after doing
that the wrapper.exe
file should be called to install again the service with the modified params.
Again, not sure, don't normally setup GeoServer on windows, but I see this
in the
GeoServer installer script:
; Install the service (and start it)
nsExec::Exec "$INSTDIR\wrapper.exe -it ./wrapper/wrapper.conf
wrapper.java.additional.3=-Djetty.port=$Port"
As you can see it's already providing an extra JVM parameter on the command
line, -Djetty.port=$Port
