None? Just tried on Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit, Oracle JDK 1.7.0_02,
using jai-1_1_3-lib-linux-amd64-jdk.bin and
jai_imageio-1_1-lib-linux-amd64-jdk.bin,
following the instructions, both got unpacked and installed as expected
