Well....I followed the instructions regarding installing Installing native JAI
on Linux but find that the geoserver still reports nativ jai as false.

is it necessary to restart tomcat6 or the server to get these changes
recognised?..

or do I have to remove these files from geoserver?
jai_core-x.y.z.jar jai_imageio-x.y.jar jai_codec-x.y.z.jar

Yours,

Robert

Betreff: [Geoserver-users] JAI verwendeter Arbeitsspeicher

Hi,

in geoserver my JAI verwendeter Arbeitsspeicher  is always on Zero.

Native JAI is False and nativ JAI Image = False

My JVM Versionis Sun Microsystems Inc.: 1.6.0_20 (OpenJDK Server VM).

Is this the recommended version and should I do something here?

Cheers for any help,

Rob
