Hello Firstly as above poster mentioned, it can be because of listening problem. This link will help you: http://kb.mediatemple.net/questions/1237/How+do+I+enable+remote+access+to+my+PostgreSQL+server%3F#dv
Also the problem might be your virtual machine's network adapter settings. I don't know which virtualization app you used but for all of them there are some options. One of them creates connection through your main computer and other one creates connection on its own. Your vm's network connection should be seperated. -- View this message in context: http://osgeo-org.1560.n6.nabble.com/Geoserver-and-Virtual-Machine-Port-Forwarding-tp5038909p5039311.html Sent from the GeoServer - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Symantec Endpoint Protection 12 positioned as A LEADER in The Forrester Wave(TM): Endpoint Security, Q1 2013 and "remains a good choice" in the endpoint security space.
