Dear Geoserver-Team, last week I started to test-upgrade an old GIS-installation and accidentally I installed GS 2.3.0 to be up to date. Because I also upgraded from Postgres 8.2 to 9.2 I had a lot of "fun". However, some issues seem to be Geoserver-related:
- Search-radius on symbols seems to be about 4 pixels. In GS 2.0.2 it was related to the symbol-size. My workaround was to define a buffer in the GetFeatureInfo-Request. But this is not as convenient and flexible as the old behaviour. - Can not turn off antialiasing for the symbols, only for text. Parameter "FORMAT_OPTIONS=antialiasing%3Aoff" in WMS-request works on text only. (- The charset issue is already mentioned in ticket GEOS-5641) Besides that, I appreciate GS 2.3.0 very much!
