Toni,

you have installed in the 32-bit windows 'Program Files(x86))' directory.
Never, ever do that with Geoserver and Windows7 or 8.
Please uninstall and reinstall somewhere else as the permits to write in the
program directory are somewhat restricted. With these versions Windows has
matured to a proper operating system, i.e. security is taken a bit more
seriously.
And, if you read the messages this is exactly what Geoserver complains
about: I cannot write logfiles, I cannot use the temp directory etc.,
because they are all in the program directory. 
Yes, you can change that, but I recommend against it and think a separate
directory is better.
The 404 error means it hasn't even started. The webserver (jetty) yes, but
the program (geoserver) not.
