I have updated the JVM parameters to reference the jpeg62.dll
I have restarted the Tomcat services.
Still not available to Geoserver :(

Can you list the content of C:\libjpeg-turbo?
I'm wondering whether the DLLs are on C:\libjpeg-turbo\bin. In that case you
have to put that full path on your PATH vars, instead of the parent.

"WARN [turbojpeg.TurboJPEGMapResponse] - The turbo jpeg encoder is not
available, check the native libs installation"
Any help much appreciated.
