I have been trying to set up https support for geoserver and have it
working for tomcat but in geoserver, the tutorial in the docs online seem
to be either not referencing prerequisite setup or aren't correct.

First issue is with step 8. There is no role "ROLE_ADMINISTRATOR" or
"ROLE_GROUP_ADMIN". There is only "ADMIN" and "GROUP_ADMIN". Fine, they're
similar to the two defined in the docs so I set it to "ADMIN".
Second issue (numbering doesn't show two digits by the way) is in step 16.
Under the "Filter Chains" section, there is no Request Type or dropdown
setting. There isn't even a filter chain called "Web UI".
How is this supposed to work? Is the documentation correct and I missed
some geoserver setup somewhere? Thanks for any help.
