Hi,
I have been struggling with this problem for quite a some time now.
In a nutshell:
1. I have defined a custom ED50 UTM 31N (EPSG:23031) projection in
the epsg_overrides.properties file (replaced the original TOWGS84
parameter set with TOWGS84[-89.5, -93.8, -123.1, 0.0, 0.0, -0.156,
1.2]).
2. If I check the TOWGS84 parameter using the SRS list or the
Reprojection console it shows the correct numbers.
3. However, testing the parameters using the Reprojection console
keeps failing. The 'Show transformation details' window shows the
'original' parameters (PARAMETER["dx", -116.641], PARAMETER["dy",
-56.931], PARAMETER["dz", -110.559], PARAMETER["ex", 0.893],
PARAMETER["ey", 0.921], PARAMETER["ez", -0.917], PARAMETER["ppm",
-3.5200000000346066]) and not the ones I have defined in the
epsg_overrides.properties.
As a workaround I have reprojected the source geometry in PostGIS and
republished the GeoServer layer, but I'd like to have a robust solution.
