Hello everyone,

I'm agree the subject could be to much generic, but I try to explain better
here:

I had a geoserver 2.3.2 (deployed from war) on my ubuntu server 12.04 [A].
Due to a disaster recovery occurred to another server [B] (ubuntu server
9.04-geoserver 2.2), I decided
to move some data (both vector and raster, also styles) from B to A.

By command line I moved data from B to A, in particular A uses an outside from
container datadir.

After the moving I was no more able to see all the layers, included the layers
present before. I was able to
see only the default layers.

So after a pair of rebooting (geoserver and then tomcat) attempts I decided to
undeploy geoserver.
Unfortunately I didn't solve the problem.

I tried also to install a new geoserver war, but without any results.

Here attached the link to the catalina log output on tomcat rebooting:

Any hints would be very appreciated!

Best regards

Eugenio
