I try to write and select feature from Oracle datastore in WFS-T and it is
impossible to handle time written in Oracle database.
I try to manage myself the schema with this tuto and it doesn't work.

Is there a way to insert and get datetime property with a correct timezone
from geoserver?
I think it's a big issue for Geoserver with Oracle, if we can't handle a
datetime attribute!
