Hi Satya,
unfortunately your default yaml template for printing is pointing to an
online image that doesn't exist anymore, and that makes the MapFish print
plugin crash.
In newest GeoServer versions (from 2.6) this should be fixed. If you want
to fix the version you are using, you need to change the config.yaml file
you will find in your geoserver data_dir printing subfolder. Look for the
url of the failing image and replace it with another one (or remove the
image block alltogether).
