Hi Mauro,

Thanks for your help.

Sorry for troubling you again.

I have changed as you said, but no luck.
I have given image url which is existing.

Is that the way? Or can you please suggest.

Thanks
Satya

Hi Satya,
unfortunately your default yaml template for printing is pointing to an
online image that doesn't exist anymore, and that makes the MapFish print
plugin crash.
In newest GeoServer versions (from 2.6) this should be fixed. If you want to
fix the version you are using, you need to change the config.yaml file you
will find in your geoserver data_dir printing subfolder. Look for the url of
the failing image and replace it with another one (or remove the image block
alltogether).

Regards,
Mauro

        Need Urgent Help!

Hi all

We are wanting to display image cache for the entire of England to a level
of 1:3000 (level 10 in our gridset). Beyond that we want to call upon the
standard WMS service, feeding dynamically from the database/file store. The
Layer is being published to level 19.

In Geoserver 2.4.0 any layer that has a "Cached Zoom Level" set to a
particular level (i.e level 10) will dynamically render a WMS service beyond
that level. In geoserver 2.6.0 this no longer happens and we receive an
error from geowebcache:

400: Null (network response in chrome - 400:Bad Request)

I understand that this is beyond the level of cache available but why is
geowebcache no longer going directly to the Layer WMS like before? Is it
possible an error in the geowebcache.xml could cause this?

FYI: I have tried this test on the Geoserver sample layers, as well as my
own to highlight the fact that this is not an independent issue.

I am under a really tight schedule here and need to know if this is a user
error or simply something that is no longer available in geoserver.

Many thanks in advance - appreciate any response

Happy to answer further questions - this question was rather rushed!

Hi Bob,
please keep the mailing list in the loop.

Can you also please share your stderrout log?
Is the one containing info about whether GDAL has been properly loaded or
not.

I have no feedbacks about the URL conversion DEBUG message but I think is a
simple DEBUG message reported by some callback mechanism which is not
reporting anything critical (moreover it isn't related to the GDAL loading
issue)
Hoping some other developers can chime in to provide more info on that if
needed.

Cheers,
Daniele
