Yes, I've found the problem. The layer group do not have a workspace
defined.. If I assign a workspace I see only the layer of my workspace.
It is not a problem of getCapabilities service, but only of the group
configuration!

So... not sure what's going on in your case. Maybe shows us the list
of layers, the workspace definition, and the urls you're using.
