I am not sure what to make of that Shawn, what application server are you
using? It could of unpacked the earlier war somewhere - and still be
running that unpacked version.

Same deal with the configuration reporting, it may be using the "default"
data directory included with each war.

One of the steps when upgrading is to ensure your data directory (the
configuration) is copied out of the webapps folder, the user manual gives
you a few options on how to do this.
