Eduardo I should also ask you to ask questions on the user list - we like
to keep the developer list for those working directly on the GeoServer
codebase. I know that the user list is a collaborative affair (so you need
to both ask and answer questions to make it work). If you are up against a
deadline there are of course support providers
<http://geoserver.org/support/> (perhaps some close to you with INSPIRE
experience).
